Listings
How do I post a room or my business?
Tap Post on the home page, choose Housing or My Kasi Services, fill in your details and WhatsApp number, then submit. Your listing is saved straight away.
Why is my listing not showing yet?
New listings stay hidden until we have checked them and confirmed your payment. Once the payment is confirmed your listing goes live for the number of days you paid for.
How long does a listing stay up, and what does it cost?
Housing is R150 per month. Services are R50 per listing per month. Piece jobs are R20 per week.
How do I edit or renew my listing?
Open My listings to change your details or pay again for another period. You can reach it from the bottom of any page.
Payments
How do I pay for a listing?
When you post a listing we give you a reference like KH-1234ABCD. Ask My Kasi for the banking details and use that reference, or pay with the payment link once it is available. Never pay without a reference.
How long does payment confirmation take?
We confirm payments as they come in. If your listing is still waiting after a working day, send us your payment reference through the form on this page.
Do I pay anything to look at listings?
No. Browsing housing, services and piece jobs on My Kasi is free. You only pay if you are the one posting a room or a service.
Partner applications
How do I become a Kasi Partner?
Send the application form on the Become a partner page. It costs R1000 once-off to start, then R450 a month to keep your spot in your kasi.
What do partners earn?
Partners earn 25% of every listing they bring in, paid out weekly. Up to 3 partners can serve one kasi, so the earlier you apply the better.
What happens if I miss a monthly payment?
You have 15 days after the due date to pay. After that your spot is terminated and becomes available for someone else.
I sent a partner application — what now?
We check the kasi you asked for and WhatsApp you the payment details. Your spot is held while we do that.
Reporting a scam
If something looks wrong, tell us right away. Send us a message with the listing name and area, and read our safety tips while you wait.
