Kasi Partner
Partner agreement
This is the deal between you and My Kasi when you become a Kasi Partner. Read it before you apply — it is the same agreement you accept when you pay your joining fee.
Once-off joining fee
R1 000
Paid once when your application is approved. It activates your partner account and your referral code for your kasi.
Monthly retainer
R450 a month
Keeps your seat in your kasi. It is due every month, and you get 15 days after the due date before the seat can be offered to someone else.
Commission
25%
You earn 25% of the listing fee on every paid listing you source, never less than R15 a listing.
What you do
- Bring in the landlords, businesses and piece-job posters in your kasi.
- Make sure every listing you bring in carries your referral code.
- Only send listings that are real, and tell the poster what a listing costs.
- Keep your WhatsApp number and bank details up to date with us.
What My Kasi does
- Runs and maintains the My Kasi platform for your kasi.
- Checks and approves the listings you send in.
- Pays out your commissions every week to the bank details you give us.
- Handles support, safety reports and any listing taken down.
The rules in full
- Your seat covers one kasi. Only 3 partners can serve the same kasi at a time.
- Commission is earned only on listings that have been paid for and are still active. Expired or unpaid listings do not earn.
- Your monthly retainer of R450 must be paid to keep your seat. If it is still unpaid after the 15-day grace period, the seat is terminated and can be offered to another partner.
- Commission payouts are made weekly, to the bank details we have on file for you.
- Never charge anyone a fee to be approved or listed on My Kasi. We do not charge people for that, and neither may you.
- Do not post false listings, use someone else's phone number, or advertise on behalf of a kasi you are not partnered with.
- Follow the My Kasi safety guidelines when you meet posters and landlords.
- Either side can end the partnership. Tell us in writing (WhatsApp or email) and we will confirm it, settle any commission you have earned, and open the seat.
- My Kasi can end a partnership immediately for fraud, repeated fake listings, or charging users fees that are not part of this agreement.
